The brand of the top fabric is made by Spirits and it was out around Halloween time. Its black mesh with 1/4" red reflective squares. It allowed for the light to shine through, but also to be visible in the day light. The way I did it was in layers: 1st layer was black felt type material, then EL Wire, then a double layer of any red material (i did this to diffuse the light a little), and then the red material you see.
